Description: Patrol Officer McNally was struck by a drunk driver as he stood in the roadway taking measurements at an accident scene. Officer McNallyŸ??s left leg was severed at the knee. Officer McNally was transported to the hospital where he died of his injuries later that day. The suspect was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
