Description: Commissioner McCarty was accidentally shot with his own weapon when his shotgun malfunctioned and exploded. Commissioner McCarty was collecting samples in the woods when he was attacked and mauled by a bear. As Commissioner McCarty attempted to defend himself from the attack, his shotgun exploded which caused fatal injuries.
