Description: Police Officer McCullers drowned when his vehicle was swept away by flood waters while he was working at a department sanctioned off-duty security job at a construction site. The construction site sits on the banks of Turtle Creek and presented a safety hazard to the public due to high water as a result of a storm that was in progress. Officer McCullers attempted to exit his vehicle and was swept away by flood waters. His body was located several weeks later.
