Description: Special Agent McGuire died from injuries sustained when he was struck by a vehicle nine days earlier while working in Miami, Florida. Agent McGuire and his partner were entering a taxi cab when an impaired driver hopped the curb and struck both agents. Agent McGuire and his partner were transported to the hospital. Agent McGuire succumbed to his injuries on January 24, 2016. The suspect left the scene and was apprehended by authorities.
