Description: Special Agent Miller was ambushed and fatally shot inside the headquarters of the Metropolitan Police Department. The gunman entered the homicide room on the third floor and began shooting. Sergeant Henry Daly and Special Agent Martha Martinez were also killed in this incident. Another agent was also shot multiple times but survived. The suspect committed suicide.
