Description: Chief of Police Maloney was shot and killed while attempting to execute a drug related search warrant with the New Hampshire State Attorney General's Drug Task Force. Chief Maloney and fellow law enforcement officers entered the suspect's residence when the suspect suddenly opened fire, shooting four officers. Chief Maloney pulled a wounded officer to safety and returned to the residence to assist the remaining officers when he was shot and killed by the suspect. The suspect was shot and killed during the incident. The four other law enforcement officers shot in the incident survived.
