Description: Police Officer Michalski was shot and killed while attempting to apprehend a suspect wanted for a parole violation and other felony drug charges. The suspect fled on foot and went into a residence. Officers searched the residence and Officer Michalski encountered the suspect and the suspect opened fire. Officer Michalski was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
