Description: Detective Michel was shot and killed while conducting a pedestrian stop. Detective Michel observed the suspect following someone and initiated a pedestrian stop. A struggle ensued and the suspect produced a handgun and shot Detective Michel three times in the back. Detective Michel was transported to the hospital where he died. The suspect was apprehended.
