Description: Chief of Police Milligan was injured in a single vehicle crash while en route to arrest a man wanted on a liquor violation. Chief Milligan was blinded by the lights of an oncoming vehicle and lost control his patrol car. The vehicle swerved and struck a telephone pole. Chief Milligan was transported to the hospital and died of his injuries two hours later.
