Description: Senior Police Officer Montoya suffered a fatal heart attack after he responded to a domestic disturbance call and fought to subdue an intoxicated suspect. Officer Montoya handcuffed the suspect and placed him in the back of the patrol car. As Officer Montoya transported the suspect to jail, he suffered a fatal heart attack which caused him to lose control of the patrol car and hit an embankment.
