Description: On July 18, 1932, Patrolman Moody, while assigned to ambulance duty, was removing a patient when he struck his left hip against the ambulance door. This caused an internal injury which was treated by a police surgeon. Patrolman Moody continued active duty but collapsed while at work two months later on September 16th. Patrolman Moody was transported to the hospital where he died of septicemia 11 days later on September 29th.
