Description: Agent Morales-Santiago succumbed to injuries sustained in an automobile crash six days earlier. She and another officer were driving a department vehicle on PR-52 when they were struck by another vehicle. Their police unit overturned, causing both officers to suffer serious injuries. Both officers were flown to the hospital, where Agent Morales-Santiago succumbed to her injuries. The second officer survived.
