Description: Sergeant Moreno sustained major injuries in an automobile crash while responding to a domestic disturbance call. While en route to the scene, a civilian vehicle traveling the opposite direction crossed over into his lane and collided with the patrol vehicle. All occupants of the civilian vehicle were killed and the deputy in the patrol vehicle was injured. Sergeant Moreno was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
