Description: Correctional Officer Moules was killed when he and an inmate fell down an elevator shaft. Officer Moules and the inmate were engaged in a verbal altercation that turned physical. During the altercation, the two fell through the elevator doors and down the elevator shaft. Officer Moules was transported to the hospital where he was declared dead. The inmate also died.
