Description: <P>Corporal McKay stopped a vehicle for speeding on Route 116. After Corporal McKay approached the vehicle, the suspects drove away. Corporal McKay pursued the vehicle approximately one mile before taking abrasive action and forced the suspect vehicle off the road. Corporal McKay approached the vehicle and sprayed the driver and passenger with pepper spray to prevent them from fleeing. As Corporal McKay turned from the suspect, the suspect shot him several times. The suspect then backed his vehicle up and ran over Corporal McKay twice. A former Marine, who was passing by, witnessed the incident and tried to stop the suspect. When the suspect refused, he was shot and killed by the former Marine.</P>
