Description: Officer Miller and other officers went to a house with a search warrant to look for marijuana. Officer Miller saw the suspect run into another house. He broke into the house, trailed by two other officers. As Officer Miller entered a room, the suspect shot and killed him. The suspect was arrested, convicted of capital murder, and executed on 12 August 1960.
