Description: Deputy Sheriffs Moody and Will Alders were shot as they attempted to arrest a suspect at a dance for disturbing the peace. Deputy Moody, who had been deputized to assist Deputy Alders, died at the scene. Deputy Alders survived his injuries. The suspect escaped.
