Description: Deputy McFillen and Deputy John Monk were killed in an aircraft accident while en route to pick up a prisoner in Kansas. Five minutes into the flight, the twin-engine Piper Comanche aircraft developed engine problems and crashed. Their bodies were recovered the following day.
