Description: Policeman Murray and a Park District Manager were struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver. Officer Murray and the District Manager were inspecting the south end of the park and attempted to cross the street. Officer Murray was in uniform and crossing at the intersection crosswalk when the suspect driver struck and killed them.
