Description: K-9 Officer Magan and two other officers responded to a fight at a community festival. The officers took a short cut through a fence, not knowing that there was a 25-foot drop on the other side. Officer Magan fell to his death. The other two officers were able to catch themselves before falling off the ledge. Officer Christopher Marcelino injured his ankle covering the same terrain.
