Description: Ambush (entrapment and premeditation). While on patrol Constable Morrison was sitting in front of a local store talking with a few citizens. The suspect, who was upset with Constable Morrison's strict enforcement of gambling and liquor laws, walked up behind him and shot him in the back. Constable Morrison died almost instantly. The suspect was arrested and charged with murder.
