Description: Game Warden Marshall was assisting Chief Game Warden W. Stuber search a farm for moonshining activity. As they conducted their search, a suspect shot Game Warden Marshall in the heart with a shotgun. Chief Stuber chased the suspect and arrested him. Game Warden Marshall was pronounced dead at the scene.
