Description: Officer Massey, upon the order of the judge, attempted to arrest a man who refused to pay a $2 fine and threatened to walk out of the court. As Officer Massey placed his hand on the suspect, the man turned and fatally shot him once in his side, then again in his back. Officer Massey died the following day.
