Description: Officer Mahony was killed when he was crushed by a vehicle attempting to flee during a traffic stop. Officer Mahony had stopped the vehicle and while talking to the driver, the man suddenly attempted to flee in the truck. Officer Mahony jumped on the running board as the suspect pulled away. The truck overturned, killing Officer Mahony and the driver.
