Description: Deputy Sheriff Masters was accidentally shot by the young daughter of a friend. Deputy Masters was conducting a larceny investigation when he stopped by a friend's home. The friend showed Deputy Masters a modified gun. The friend's daughter came into the room, picked up the gun and pulled the trigger. Deputy Masters was shot in the chest and died at the scene.
