Description: Attempting other arrest (excludes burglary, robbery and drug-related arrests). Constable Mounger received information that an escaped prisoner was hiding out at the local railroad yard. As he approached the cars where the suspect was hiding, he was shot in the back. Constable Mounger died moments later.
