Description: Inspector Murray died after being exposed to toxic fumes in the hold of a Panamanian ship he was inspecting at the Port of Gramercy, Louisiana. Inspector Murray, along with the Captain and some crew members, entered the hold when they were suddenly overtaken by the fumes. Inspector Murray, the Captain and a crew member all died. Another Customs Agent was also exposed to the fumes but was rescued by crew members.
