Description: Constable Moses was shot as he approached a parked vehicle to question the occupants. Unbeknownst to Constable Moses, the driver was the head of a notorious gang responsible for a series of robberies. Constable Moses was shot in the face and died on the way to the hospital. Three suspects were apprehended. Two suspects were sentenced to life in prison. The third was sentenced to 40 to 80 years.
