Description: Marshal Morgan was investigating suspicious activities near a railroad station and encountered a man hiding in the shadows. Marshal Morgan ordered the man to step forward and identify himself. The suspect opened fire, striking Marshal Morgan twice. Marshal Morgan succumbed to his wounds two days later.
