Description: Deputy Morgan was issuing a ticket to a 17-year-old juvenile who had struck his patrol car when the juvenile attacked him. The suspect then gained control of Deputy Morgan's service weapon and shot him once in the head with his own gun. Deputy Morgan died at the scene. The suspect fled but was captured. The suspect was convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison.
