Description: Agent Muniz-Caro was accidentally shot and killed when his partner responded to a disturbance call at a local business. While clearing the scene of the incident, his partner's MP-5 rifle accidentally discharged. Agent Muniz-Caro was struck in the neck. He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. Friendly fire.
