Description: Chief Miller was struck while investigating an automobile accident on Highway 82. Officers at the scene were attempting to slow down oncoming traffic in foggy weather conditions when a vehicle skidded and struck Chief Miller. Chief Miller was transported to the hospital where he died of internal injuries two days later.
