Description: Officer Mitchell responded to a disturbance call at a local Chile Parlor which also served alcohol. While dismounting his horse, Officer Mitchell was shot several times by a suspect who was armed with a handgun. Officer Mitchell was taken to the doctors office where he died two hours later.
