Description: Detective Mancusi was on his was back from Milford with Mamaroneck Police Chief Edward Decker, where they had been conducting a joint investigation into similar robberies. Their car struck a truck that had stopped at the top of a hill. Chief Decker, who was driving, survived. Detective Mancusi died of his injuries.
