Description: Chief Mull and Sheriff Cantrell were searching for a suspect wanted on criminal assault charges. The suspect was found in a deep gully, which Sheriff Cantrell entered to bring suspect out. Sheriff Cantrell fell, causing his weapon to discharge. The shotgun blast hit Chief Mull in the knee, which severed an artery. Chief Mull bled to death. (friendly fire)
