Description: Police Officer Neill was shot when he responded to a domestic disturbance call where an armed suspect was threatening to kill his wife and her father. When Officer Neill arrived at the scene, the suspect shot him. Officer Neill died of a gunshot wound to the head a few hours later. The suspect was convicted of murder and executed by hanging.
