Description: Chief Nelson collapsed after placing a suspect under arrest. Chief Nelson and two other officers answered a disturbance call and attempted to place the suspect under arrest. The suspect resisted arrest, and there was a struggle. After the suspect had been subdued, Chief Nelson collapsed. He was transported to the hospital where he died of a heart attack.
