Description: Deputy Sheriffs Nielsen and Jeremy Triche were shot while investigating the shooting of an officer that had occurred earlier. The deputies located a car linked to the shooting and began questioning the two suspects. A third suspect ambushed and shot the deputies with a high powered rifle, killing them. Two additional officers were also shot by the suspects but survived. Seven suspects linked to a domestic terrorist group were apprehended for the shootings.
