Description: Deputy Constable Norling was struck and killed while processing a traffic stop on the Westpark Tollway in Houston, Texas. Deputy Norling had written a ticket to a driver and was standing next to the car when another vehicle struck his department motorcycle which then struck him. Deputy Norling was thrown more than 90 feet. He was transported to a local hospital where he died shortly after arrival.
