Description: Corporal Norman was shot and killed while attempting to conduct a traffic stop. Corporal Norman was attempting to place the suspect into custody when the suspect produced a weapon and fatally shot him in the head. The suspect also shot and killed a citizen who had come to Corporal Norman's aid.
