Description: Lance Corporal Nash was killed in a motorcycle accident while leading a remembrance ride for fallen officer, South Carolina Highway Patrol Trooper Hardy M. Godbold (48-E, 18). Corporal Nash was at the front of the ride heading north on his department motorcycle when a southbound driver tried to make a left turn into a parking lot and struck him. Corporal Nash was dragged across the intersection and died from the injuries he sustained.
