Description: High Constable Norris died from injuries sustained after he arrested two suspects for public intoxication. As Constable Norris escorted the suspects to jail, the suspects began to assault him. Constable Norris was thrown to the ground and struck his head on the cement curb. Constable Norris never regained consciousness and died the next day.
