Description: Agent Nieves Ramos arrived at a local bakery that he was assigned to close each evening. Agent Nieves Ramos was assigned to the bakery to assist the owner in closing the business and escorting the payroll to the bank. As Agent Nieves Ramos approached his department vehicle, he was shot once in the head by an unknown assailant and was pronounced dead at the scene. The payroll was missing.
