Description: Inspector Nugent was shot and killed by a pharmacy owner while investigating the pharmacy during a suspected burglary. Inspector Nugent, and two other officers, attempted to get the attention of the pharmacy owner, who lived in the back of the shop. The owner was roused but mistook Inspector Nugent for a burglar and shot and killed him.
