Description: Patrolman Nickerson and Queen Anne's County Deputy Sheriff Jason Schwenz responded to a loud music complaint. While questioning the suspect, Patrolman Nickerson was assaulted. While in the process of making the arrest, Patrolman Nickerson and Deputy Schwenz were shot and killed.
