Description: Police Officers Nickles and Eric Barkman were dispatched to a factory parking lot to investigate a suspicious person. As the officers approached the suspect, he opened fire and shot Officer Nickles in the face and neck. Officer Barkman shot the suspect and placed him under arrest. The suspect was convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison.
