Description: Deputy Sheriff Noell was called at his residence and dispatched to a disturbance call but never reached his destination. At 03:30 a service station operator found the Deputy Sheriff dead in his vehicle. His body was slumped beneath the steering wheel. An inquest ruled the cause of death as apoplexy.
