Description: Special Agent O'Donald suffered a fatal heart attack following a mandatory annual fitness assessment at the Miami, Florida Field Office. Special Agent O'Donald reported to a local track at 7:30 am. The annual fitness test consisted of 31 sit-ups, 17 push-ups, a 300 meter sprint, and a 1.5 mile run which he completed. Special Agent O'Donald did not complain about any immediate symptoms to his squad mates or the on-site medic, but he did make a comment that he felt fatigued after the 1.5 mile run. After the test, he drove himself to the local hospital where he collapsed in the parking lot and died.
