Description: Officer Owen and two other officers were shot and killed while attempting to serve a warrant. The suspect broke away from the officers and ran to the front of his house where he obtained a SKS assault rifle. At this point, one or more suspects in the home began firing and killed Officer Owen, Officer Harley Chisholm, and Officer Charles Bennett. A fourth officer was wounded but survived.
