Description: Patrolman O'Grady was struck and killed by a train. The train yard was dark and Patrolman O'Grady had ear muffs on because of the blistering cold weather. Patrolman O'Grady had slipped and fallen on the railroad track, and while getting up he was struck and killed instantly by the train.
